Recently, senior executives from German sodium nickel battery company Altech Batteries (hereinafter referred to as Altech) paid another visit to AMPower for discussions on September 25-26. The delegation included Mr. Daniel Lewis Tenardi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Iggy Tan, Group Managing Director. This visit aimed to deepen existing cooperation outcomes and engage in in-depth discussions on future strategic collaboration. Ultimately, both parties successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a new phase in their partnership.

During the visit, accompanied by AMPower executives, Altech toured the company's exhibition hall and modern production workshops, expressing high praise for Anli Energy's technological capabilities, production scale, and quality management system.

At the thematic exchange meeting, AMPower's technical team delivered comprehensive and systematic product training for clients. The session covered the safety advantages of sodium-ion batteries, diverse application scenarios, technical service support, and real-world case studies. Through in-depth explanations and interactive discussions, clients gained a more thorough understanding of AMPower's product portfolio and solutions. Both parties also engaged in thorough discussions on technical details and market prospects, further strengthening mutual trust and laying a solid foundation for efficient future collaboration.

Notably, under the strategic cooperation agreement signed this time, AMPower will provide OEM support to Altech, authorizing Altech to promote and sell AMPower's full range of UPS battery products, modular UPS modules, as well as residential and commercial energy storage systems under the Altech brand within designated regions. Simultaneously, both parties will collaborate on the development of residential and commercial energy storage systems. This partnership will not only help AMPower gain more precise insights into customer demands in the high-safety energy storage markets of Europe and America, but also leverage Altech's established brand and market network in these regions to rapidly expand its presence in the European and American markets.

During the meeting, Xu Tao, General Manager of AMPower, stated that the company's product portfolio is currently advancing comprehensively. Multiple sodium nickel battery models have achieved mass production, while modular UPS products and large-scale energy storage projects are also progressing steadily. He emphasized that this collaboration represents not only a deep integration of technology and markets but also a significant manifestation of mutual trust and win-win cooperation between both parties. Altech representatives also highly recognized AMPower's professional capabilities and sincere cooperative attitude, expressing their expectation that the two parties would not only become strategic partners but also long-term trusted friends advancing hand in hand.
Following thorough discussions and reaching a high level of consensus, both parties held a solemn strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Witnessed by representatives from both teams, the strategic cooperation framework agreement was formally signed. This signing marks a new phase in their relationship characterized by resource integration and complementary strengths, laying a solid foundation for future collaborative development across broader fields.

Altech's follow-up visit and the signing of the strategic agreement not only solidify AMPower's close ties with international partners but also mark a crucial step in advancing the company's globalization strategy. AMPower will take this collaboration as a new starting point to continuously enhance product innovation capabilities and international service standards, working hand in hand with global partners to drive innovation and sustainable development in the energy industry.

About Altech Batteries
Altech Batteries is a joint venture between Altech Group, an ASX-listed company, and the Fraunhofer Institute IKTS in Germany. The company aims to bring CERENERGY® sodium salt batteries to market. The joint venture is advancing the commercialization of this battery technology, planning to construct a 120MWh production facility on Altech's premises in Saxony, Germany. This facility is projected to produce 120 units of 1MWh-capacity CERENERGY® GridPacks annually, delivering grid energy storage solutions to the market. Both CERENERGY® batteries and Anli Energy's Durathon® batteries are sodium salt batteries with fundamentally similar active materials. Unlike Anli Energy's plum-shaped 41Ah cylindrical batteries, CERENERGY® batteries are 100Ah cylindrical sodium salt batteries.
