1. Workshop directors awarded badges to New Power
At the end of the morning meeting, workshop directors awarded badges to New Power. Everyone witnessed the transformation of New Power's identity. In the next month, they will work together with frontline colleagues in various workshop. The small badges, not only are the symbol of the new identity, but remind the high standard to complete the task.



How big the world is! It is a coincidence that we met, but it is a destiny that we know each other! New power introduced themselves to the team, making a good impression for the colleagues. They warmly welcome new power's arrival.


The manager in ceramic line Mr.Xie, manager in cell line Mr.Wang and director in human resource dept. Mrs.Zhang gave lectures,encouraging New Power to work hard and asking frontline workers for help.




Assigned respective posts, graduates are supposed to adapt new position and working condition, familiarizing relevant process and operating specifications to complete their own goals.


After a day of work, New Power actively cleaned the workstation according to the 6S management manual, maintaining the cleanliness and order of the work area.
