My name is Li Weiwei, 30 years old. I am an engineer of Zhejiang AMPower Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Chilwee. After graduating from Harbin Industrial University in 2013, I joined Chilwee, where I have been engaged in the research and development of secondary batteries. 2019 is the sixth year that I have joined Chilwee. During these six years, I have made rapid growth, from an ignorant student to a scientific researcher.

In fact, a lot of people like me, who have just graduated from college, have a very obvious characteristic, especially in scientific research projects, you will come up with some very wild ideas, and this idea is completely correct in terms of principle. But the real implementation of the production or specific application of some products will cause or the process is particularly difficult to achieve or equipment development is particularly difficult, can not bring some specific benefits for the enterprise. In this way, it will be equivalent to all kinds of bumps in the road of scientific research. It was the same with me. When I entered the sodium salt battery project, as the person in charge of my part, I had to consider a series of contents such as raw material development, equipment design, equipment development, process development and staff training. Because I need to consider something overall, I can only learn how to simplify the complex, in the collision process between theory and practice, I got some very useful experience.

Some front-line specific operators, they may be the real theoretical level is not high, so in the trial production of our equipment, they are easy to confuse the real process of the equipment. I didn't blame them, I taught them, I developed devices, and so on. In some of these processes, I went to solve the problem, I went to show them step by step, pick a specific problem, and then to separate the problem, operators really changed their eyes on me.

I come in every morning, and when I fill this machine, I turn this valve off, and I press a vacuum pump here, and I clean the solution for 10 or 20 minutes, so that we can get rid of the hydrogen chloride gas on the inside. In this way, when I fill the liquid, after I finish welding the battery, the internal pressure of the battery will not be too high, and the battery will pass the OVC test.
